Terms of Sale
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms apply when you buy a plugin subscription on ufplugins.com. “We” and “us” means BAKED ENTERTAINMENT S.R.L., Str. Lizierei nr. 15B, Sat Bâcu, Comuna Joița, Județul Giurgiu, Romania, registered in the Romanian Trade Register under J2022010382408, fiscal code (CUI) 46227355, VAT number RO46227355, trading as User Friendly Plugins. “You” means the person or business buying the subscription. You can reach us at support@ufplugins.com.
1. Who you buy from
Payments on ufplugins.com are handled by Link, a Stripe service, which acts as the merchant of record (the reseller) for your purchase. Your order shows as “Sold through Link”, and card statements show LINK.COM*. Link sends your receipts and invoices, calculates and collects VAT or sales tax, and handles payment questions. Link’s own terms apply to the payment itself (see Sold through Link).
We provide the plugin, your licence key, downloads, updates and support. These terms cover those.
2. Your account
You need a ufplugins.com account to buy and manage subscriptions. Give us an email address you read, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can add an authenticator app for two-step sign-in from My Account.
3. Plans and prices
- Each plugin is sold on its own as a yearly subscription for 1, 5 or 25 sites.
- Prices are shown in euros and exclude tax. Before you pay, the checkout shows the final total including any tax, and the renewal date. It may also show the price converted to your local currency.
- If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal. You can cancel before the new price applies.
4. Automatic renewal and cancelling
- Your subscription renews every year on the same plan, and the renewal is charged to your saved payment method, until you cancel.
- Unless you have cancelled, we email you 30, 15, 5 and 1 day before your paid year ends.
- You can cancel at any time: My Account → Subscriptions & billing → Manage billing, or from your Link account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your licence keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.
- We don’t refund unused time when you cancel, except as our Refund Policy describes.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it. Your licence keeps working in the meantime, as described in section 7.
5. Changing plans
You can move to another plan of the same plugin from My Account. A larger plan is charged straight away for the remaining part of your year. Your licence key stays the same. Moving to a smaller plan does not extend the year you have already paid for.
6. Your licence and your sites
While your subscription is active, your licence key lets you:
- use the plugin’s licensed features;
- download the plugin and receive updates;
- get support;
- activate the plugin on as many sites as your plan allows.
What counts as a site. Each WordPress site address counts once: its domain plus any subfolder. http:// and https:// are the same site, but www.example.com and example.com are two sites. Each site in a multisite network counts separately.
Development sites are free. Sites on localhost, *.localhost or 127.0.0.1 don’t use a slot. Staging sites do, unless you ask us to approve one at support@ufplugins.com.
Moving a site. Deactivate the old site from My Account, or from the plugin’s License screen, then activate the new one.
Keep your key private. Don’t share or publish it. We may suspend a key that is shared, resold or used on more sites than your plan allows.
7. When a licence ends
If a renewal payment fails, you get 30 more days with everything still working, so you can update your payment method. After those 30 days the licence expires.
If you cancel, your licence works until the end of the year you paid for and then stops, with no 30-day grace.
A licence also stops straight away, with no 30-day grace, after a full refund, or while a payment dispute (chargeback) is open or after we lose it.
When a licence stops:
- the plugin’s licensed features switch off on your sites, usually within 15 minutes;
- updates, downloads, support and new activations stop;
- the plugin stays installed and your settings are kept.
If a missed renewal is paid later, the same licence key works again. You can also buy the plugin again at any time.
8. The software and the GPL
Our plugins are free software, licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that licence.
Your subscription pays for our services: the licence key, the licensed features in the builds we distribute, downloads, updates and support. Our names and logos, the ufplugins.com website and our licence and download servers are not covered by the GPL.
9. Support and updates
Support is by email at support@ufplugins.com for active licences, including the 30-day grace period after a failed renewal. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Each product page lists the WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions the current release supports. Back up your site before installing updates.
10. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: a full refund within 14 days of a new purchase.
11. Fair use
Don’t resell licence keys, work around the licence or download servers, or put abusive load on them. We may suspend accounts or licences used for fraud or in breach of these terms. If we do, we’ll tell you why.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the plugins are provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law gives you. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. In particular, if you are a consumer, nothing here takes away your legal rights, including your rights when digital content is faulty.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll email you about important changes, and they apply from your next renewal. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before then.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the competent courts of Romania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
