Refund Policy

In short

  • New purchases: full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
  • Renewals: full refund within 14 days of the renewal charge, if you have stopped using the plugin.
  • Upgrades: within 14 days, we move you back to your previous plan and refund the difference.
  • After 14 days: we don’t refund the rest of the year, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.

This policy applies to everyone, whether you buy as a consumer or as a business.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@ufplugins.com from your account’s email address. Tell us which plugin it is. If you have it, include the order or invoice number from your Link receipt. We reply within 2 business days.

You can also do this from your account: sign in, open My Account → Subscriptions & billing, and choose Request a refund on the subscription. We email you a confirmation straight away.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, including any tax you paid. They are issued through Link, which handles payments for us. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

What happens after a full refund

  • Your licence ends straight away, with no 30-day grace period.
  • Your subscription will not renew.
  • The plugin’s licensed features switch off on your sites at their next licence check, usually within 15 minutes.
  • The plugin stays installed and your settings are kept.
  • You can buy the plugin again at any time.

Partial refunds

If we agree a partial refund with you, for example as a goodwill gesture, your licence stays active until the end of the year you paid for.

Asking Link directly

Link is the merchant of record for purchases on ufplugins.com, so you can also contact Link support. Link may issue refunds within 60 days of a payment in some cases. A full refund from Link ends the licence in the same way as a refund from us.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first, because we can usually sort things out faster. While a payment dispute is open, the licence is suspended. If the dispute closes in our favour, the licence works again. If we lose it, the licence ends.

Your legal rights

In the EU and the UK, consumers can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Our 14-day refund on new purchases gives you at least that, even if you have already downloaded and used the plugin. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights, including your rights if the plugin is faulty.
