One practical starting point. Adapt the example to your products and your store’s settings.

  1. Save Home and Office once

    A signed-in customer adds nicknamed address cards in My Account. Each address can be used for billing, shipping, or both, with independent defaults.

  2. Choose where this order goes

    Checkout starts with a compact address summary. The customer opens the picker, searches their saved addresses, and chooses the Office card for delivery.

  3. Keep the order's details intact

    WooCommerce stores the selected address with the order. Editing the Office card later does not change addresses or custom values on earlier orders.

Home and business purchases

Offer an Individual or Company selector and show the fields relevant to that choice, such as company name and a business reference.

A quicker change at checkout

Allow customers to add, edit, duplicate, or remove saved addresses in the picker. Store controls can limit checkout to selection only when appropriate.

Details that travel with the order

Configure reusable address fields and show their saved values in the matching billing or shipping section of order details and supported WooCommerce emails.

Saved address books require a signed-in customer. Guests retain the normal WooCommerce checkout.

Each order uses one billing and one shipping destination; the plugin does not split an order between several shipping addresses.

clarity.

Can one order ship to multiple destinations?
Each order uses one billing address and one shipping address. Splitting individual items between several shipping destinations is outside the plugin’s scope.
Does it change guest checkout?
Guests keep the normal WooCommerce checkout. Saved address-book controls are available to signed-in customers.
Does changing an address rewrite older orders?
No. The selected values are stored with the order. Later changes to the customer’s saved address do not rewrite those historical details.
How many addresses can a customer save?
The store can set a limit from 1 to 100 addresses per customer. The default is 20, with separate controls for billing and shipping selection.
