A visible reason to return

Put it to work
in your store.

One practical starting point. Adapt the example to your products and your store’s settings.

  1. Define the program

Choose eligible customer roles, set the earning rate and point value in your store currency, and define the thresholds for your loyalty tiers. Review expiry rules before enabling customer activity.

  2. Make progress visible

Use the product earning estimate to explain a potential award and the customer account to show the balance and tier progress. Customers can see how products with different earning rules contribute to their next reward.

  3. Check the complete rewards journey

Follow points from an eligible purchase into the customer's balance and history, then show the available redemption at checkout. Your program's accounting rules also govern cancellations and refunds.

Recognize returning customers

Use configurable tiers and earning rules to give eligible customers a visible record of their relationship with the store.

Explain the value of a purchase

Place a points estimate on the product page and distinguish the potential award from points already available in the customer's account.

Keep rewards understandable

Let customers review their balance, activity, and upcoming expiry while administrators retain access to lookup and adjustment tools.

MADE FOR THE WAY YOU SELL

A little recognition goes a long way.

Keep the relationship going after checkout with rewards that customers can understand.

Supports classic and block cart and checkout on single-site WordPress installations. Preview values are illustrative.

Before you get started

Store setup
Single-site WordPress with WooCommerce and a supported native MySQL or MariaDB database configuration.
Shopping experience
Customer account history and product estimates, with Classic and Blocks cart and checkout integration.
Program currency
Point value and monetary thresholds must agree with the store's configured currency before rewards can be used as intended.
Price authority
WooCommerce owns product prices and order totals. Reward redemption uses a scoped discount coupon.
Customer messages
Automatic rewards messages cover tier promotion and upcoming point expiry. Newsletter campaigns belong to the separate NewsLetter product.

Version 0.21.1Release

Changed

  • Use the distinct 0.21.1 release identity for the checkout recovery and minimum-policy corrections. Back up, meet the supported platform requirements, and validate checkout, cancellation and refunds on staging before production use.
  • Require WooCommerce 8.7 or newer. Upgrade WooCommerce before installing this release; manual installation or a later downgrade below 8.7 stops rewards services, including existing-order settlement, and blocks rewards-backed payments until WooCommerce is supported.
  • Retain tested compatibility with WordPress 7.1.1 and WooCommerce 11.1.1, including Classic and Blocks checkout with HPOS and legacy order storage.
  • Preserve licensing SDK 0.3.5 and database schema 2.7.6. New licensed functionality requires PHP 8.1+; PHP 7.4 retains financial maintenance and read-only history on a supported WooCommerce version.

Fixed

  • Recognize Action Scheduler's native boolean job-presence result across rewards, bonuses, tiers, email campaigns and installation checks, avoiding false queue-failure warnings while retaining existing job identity and safety checks.
  • Recover the exact held points on an owned unpaid order after a native zero-selection quote refresh, including native tax, fixed negative-fee and gateway-ordering paths. Preserve order, reservation and coupon authority.
  • Keep the saved minimum policy visible and actionable when reapplying the exact original points, including customers with additional available points.
  • Check redemption minimums against product totals before all coupons, including product tax but excluding shipping and fees. Preserve the saved minimum policy for existing rewards orders; balance, discount limits and individual-use coupon restrictions still apply.
  • Reduce writer-session observation overhead while preserving fresh nonce, connection, clock and transaction checks. Do not cache live financial authority or change product prices or reward formulas.
Version 0.20.14.12Release

Fixed

  • Fixed a false checkout conflict when a customer places another order after completing a payment.
Version 0.20.14.11Release

Fixed

  • Fixed repeated checkout conflicts after a failed Checkout Block attempt.
  • Kept selected points available when retrying a failed Classic Checkout.
  • Protected points selected for a newer checkout attempt when cleanup from an earlier attempt runs late.
